HomeStrong was created to help older people improve their strength and balance to stay active and prevent falls. 

When people can’t do their regular activities, muscle strength and balance decrease quickly. This raises the risk of falls that cause fractures and other injuries.  

The good news is that anyone—regardless of age—can get stronger with exercise.  Even people in their 80s and 90s can improve their strength and balance which will help them to stay fit and independent.
