Hi there,

We are glad you found us. As the name suggest, Home Strong is for people who want to stay strong (or get stronger) in their own homes. And, specifically, for older people or folks with mobility limitations.

Our first goal is to provide easy-to-follow exercises that anyone can do with no special equipment. They may be simple, but they are backed by science.

Studies have shown that doing these just once a day will improve your strength and balance. And that makes people less likely to fall. Try to do these every day. If you find them easy, do them twice, or do a second video. And please let us know what you think!
